As the project manager, I lead a group of seven to:

- Conceptualize a subscription-based home cleaning service, and its products and services
- Identify its target market, value propositions, unique selling proposition, and minimum viable product
- Create its landing page

SWIPE2CLEAN FACEBOOK ADS MARKET TEST



To validate Swipe2Clean's value propositions, we ran a Facebook ad campaign in Singapore with a budget of SGD 50 that ran for four days which yielded a CTR of 2.89% and four quality leads.

- Created the campaign structure

- Produced designs for the ads

- Optimized the creatives, campaign, and landing page throughout the campaign's duration

- Analyzed findings for insights and recommendation

SEPHORA GOOGLE ADS CASE STUDY



To maximize the transactions and revenue of Sephora, I had to develop a google ads campaign proposal focused on the hair category with a monthly budget of SGD 10,000.

- Conducted keyword research and theming, and created a campaign structure

- Proposed ads while observing best practices on copywriting, ad extensions and keyword insertion

- Created a media plan and proposed a bidding strategy

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION



JD SPORTS SEO ANALYSIS AND STRATEGY



To optimize JD Sports Football page organically in search engines, we needed to get insights and propose a strategy by conducting keywords analysis, on-page content analysis, on-page technical analysis, and off-page analysis.

- Conducted brand, page, and off-page analysis

- Reviewed the brand's backlink profile, existing assets, and competitor analysis

- Crafted a media plan to relaunch JD Sports' Football page, amplify its awareness, improve its UR and DR score, and strengthen backlinking efforts

REVOU CONTENT MARKETING PROPOSAL



To create insightful content relevant to RevoU's core business and get backlinks from different online media outlets in Singapore, I needed to propose one data-driven content and two possible distribution partners.

- Ideated content and conducted data research

- Collected data and deduced insights and key findings

- Researched possible distribution channels and drafted sample email pitch

- Visualized data in a form of an infographic

Before proposing campaign ideas, I had to interpret a data point to understand Lazada's customer lifecycle journey.

- Draw the lifecycle customer journey and create buyer personas

- Identify additional data and metrics that need to be collected to support each stage in the lifecycle

- Create a multi-channel campaign for the business
